Vase Hire
We have a wide range of items that you can hire such as Pedestals, Vases, Glass Urns, Voile Garlands, Baytrees, Wishing trees and a selection of Lights and Candles which can be used to compliment your displays.But it turns out, there are a lot of factors to take into consideration when planning a bouquet. Even the blanket description of “spring” opens up a world of problems.
Apparently, I should select a season for my wedding which coordinates with my favourite flowers - not the other way around - and then match that to the colour I have for my bridesmaids’ dresses.
This has a very (well, slightly) scientific reason, being that flowers at the height of their bloom have a stronger scent.
“That scent will bring you back to the big day whenever you smell it,” she told me.
Honestly, I’m not even that much of a romantic but I’m sold. Though I don’t have a favourite flower, so I’ll just pick what’s in season whenever my venue's available.
Brilliantly, the helpful people at Bridal Guide have compiled a chart to explain which flowers are in season for every month of the year here. (I'm looking at roses and orchids, I reckon.)
Even more importantly, the cost of flowers that are in season can be up to five times cheaper than those out of season.
