On a daily basis we get phone calls and emails asking what are you’re “Prices”. This is hard to answer because we do everything custom and it just depends on what you are looking for. Here are some of the things we need to know to be able to answer your questions..
What time of year is your wedding?
What flowers do you want?
How big do you want your bouquets?
What are bridesmaids wearing?
Ceremony location?
So I wanted to take this opportunity to go into a little bit more detail regarding flower prices and what you should budget.
There are company’s out there that have set prices and packages; however these would be more “cookie cutter” weddings for lack of a better term. If there is a package it usually consists of “Seasonal” flowers that you don’t have a hand in choosing anything more than the color. They consist mostly of roses, stock, mums and various filler flowers. This is what keeps them inexpensive. Packages are usually more of a hook to get you in and before you know it you are spending a lot more than you initially thought.
At Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse you will notice on our site, blog and FB page that we offer no packages! There is a reason for that. We do all of our work custom! No matter the budget we make it as YOU as possible. Our design staff wants to know what your colors are, theme, taste and so much more. We like to create your event décor from scratch. This allows us to bring you into every decision about the flowers. We use and the extra touches that make it unique. It also gives us the freedom to make our bouquets larger than the average florist does. We are very proud of that fact that anyone can spot our design work without a question. Our work truly stands out among the rest! Do your homework and ask the florist you are interviewing questions.
What type of flowers will they be using? Are their types of flowers that are better for that region and that will last the day better?
Who will be actually designing your the flowers – I say this because I meet you and then I also stand at my table and design to make sure the vision comes out perfectly and just like we pictured it.
Our staff is proud to say that no wedding is the same when it leaves our studio. Each one has the flair and design the Client has helped us to put in it! We pride ourselves on our unique style and product but even more the passion and talent that our team puts into it is priceless. It doesn’t matter if you are spending $350.00 or 35K… we want it to be yours, not out of a book or a package sheet.
Just to give you an idea of where prices start…
Bridal bouquets that are mostly rose are typically $100.00-$150.00, add in the good stuff like hydrangea, peonies, stephanotis, calla lilies.. And you can be at $200-$300.00.
For the attendants we start at $50.00 but again depending on what we put in them they can be as low as $15.00 or as much as $100.00.
Boutonnieres are pretty straight across the board at $12.00 and corsages to $25-$30.00. Ceremony and reception decorations are the ones who eat up a budget! Depending on what we do, petals down the aisle, chair/pew decoration etc. To keep budgets low we need pretty simple centerpieces…
